    Do you need a couponing dictionary to understand some of the posts?

    q coupon
    qd double coupon
    qt triple coupon
    mm money maker
    ecb exra care bucks. (instant rebates you get from CVS when you buy certain items. Print on your receipt and can be used for anything right away in the store. Do have expiration dates.)
    esr easy saver rebate (monthly rebate program for Walgreens. Submit receipt # online and get rebates for purchasing certain items each month)
    scr single check rebate (rite-aid's monthly rebate program. Very similar to Walgreens)
    rr register rebate (instant rebates that print after you purchase certain items at WALGREENS. Can be used right away for purchases in the store. More restrictions than CVS's similar program. Restrictions: RRs earned from P&G products cannot be used to purchase P&G products. Also, you cannot use the RR to make a duplicate purchase [ex: Purchase toothbrush for 4.99, get 3.50 rr. If you use the 3.50 rr that you just got to try and buy a second toothbrush, you will not receive the new rr after purchasing the second toothbrush. You can use the 3.50 RR on other purchases).
    OYNO On your next order (money saved on your next order, usually printed as catalinas...see below)
    cat catalina (coupons or money OYNO that you get after making certain purchases. Kroger, Walgreens and Albertsons all have these. Some catalinas work at all stores, some are store specific)
    ip internet printable coupon (coupon found on the internet and printed)
    mir mail in rebate
    far free after rebate
    bogo or b1g1 Buy One Get One Free
    ymmv Your Market (or mileage) May Vary (meaning what happens in one place, may not be the same in another. You can always try, but it may not work. Ex: Rite-aids in some areas of the country will not accept internet printable (ip) coupons. Sometimes one store in Shreveport will let you do something, but another will not. ex: One Walgreens told me I could use expired rapid rebates up to two weeks and another told me you can't use them...
    manq Manufacturer coupon (like those found in the Sunday papers etc. These can be stacked with store coupons)
    sq Store coupon. Can be stacked with manufacturer coupons
    stacked 2 or more coupons used for the same item (you cannot stack manufacturer with other manufacturer coupons)
    sp sale price
    oop out of pocket (how much cold hard cash you have to pay for the deal)
    p&g Proctor and Gamble (They put out a coupon pack every month. They also have e-coupons that you can load onto your Kroger card)

    ss smart source (set of coupons that usually come in the Sunday paper)
    v valassis (set of coupons that usually come in the Sunday paper)
    rp red plum (set of coupons that usually come in the Sunday paper- same as Valassis, but it was renamed. Some people still refer to it as valassis)
    cm coupon mom (www.couponmom.com website commonly used by couponers)
    hcwHot coupon world (www.hotcouponworld.com website commonly used by couponers)
