So, let's find some great deals!!

I just added TONS of coupons to my Kroger card through www.cellfire.com, www.shortcuts.com, and www.pgesaver.com so hopefully those can help out a bit with the double coupons.

I was looking at the specifics of the wording and I'm not sure what "limit 1 like item per transaction" means specifically. I have a coupon for $1 off 2 kelloggs cereals (6 different kinds) and if you buy 4 Kellogs items you get $4 off so with the coupons and sale they would be $0.50 each. So do I have to get 4 different kinds of cereal and use two of my coupons or can I not even use two of the same coupon even if the coupons are good for 4 different types of products?

I'm also wondering if they start doubling coupons at midnight on Friday since they're a 24hr store on Youree Drive or if it doesn't start until 6 AM or something crazy like that. I'm a night owl and Randy has to work for who knows how long on Saturday so I'd rather be cruzin' around the store late Friday night and checking out right a midnight than have 3 kids crawling around a cart screaming on Saturday during the day.

I'll try to find some answers tomorrow.

I am not sure... I was in there today scoping out some prices and wondered if I had a different coupon for the same item, if I could buy 2 of the same item with the different coupons...

Also, they don't say anything about multiple transactions, so I am going to call tomorrow and ask. Their Western Union machine was down while I was there so there were always 4 or 5 people in line at customer service and the employees didn't look too happy

What is the Kelloggs buy 4 and get $4 off deal?? I must have missed that somewhere. Fill me in please!

Also, I got a printout today for the nature valley granola bars and betty crocker fruit snacks deal (starts tomorrow). The same deal of getting up to 3.50 OYNO if you buy up to 5. I don't think they were on sale this week and they probably will be next week, but there may be some coupons out there that make it a good deal on Saturday.

Quick update:

Just got home from the midnight run and I think only couponers were in the store. It was interesting to see other's methods of envelopes and one lady had an apron with her coupons stuffed in the pockets. I used my binder and had it super organized so it was easy to look for the items that I had coupons for $0.50 to $1 that I know will only double today. I didn't know they were going to close at 1 AM so I only hit about 4 isles. I bought: 2 pk Keebler cookies, 2 boxes Fruit Loops, 2-L A&W, 2 Velveeta shells boxes, 1 kraft BBQ sauce, 1 wishbone dressing, 1 kens dressing, 2 knorr rice sides, 1 pkg mission tortillas, 1 helmans mayonaise, 2 ortega green chiles, 2 frenches mustard, and 1 Bumble Bee Tuna pouch all for $5.12! I saved 89% so not too bad for my first run.
